Delivery and returns

Delivery

We post to UK addresses only, by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Postage is £3.95 per order, however many items are in it.

We usually post orders within a few working days. Royal Mail Tracked 48 then aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days, and every parcel can be tracked. If your order hasn’t arrived, or arrives damaged, email us at james@easytigerartists.com and we’ll sort it out.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order and return it for a refund for any reason. Email us at james@easytigerartists.com within 14 days of receiving it, with your order number and what you’d like to send back. We’ll reply with the address to post it to. You then have a further 14 days to send it.

  • Items need to come back unworn and unwashed.
  • You pay the postage to send it back, and we recommend a tracked service.
  • We refund you within 14 days of getting the item back, to the card you paid with. If you return your whole order, that includes the original postage.
  • Need a different size? Say so in your email and we’ll swap it if we have that size.

Something wrong with your order?

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us at james@easytigerartists.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or give you a full refund, and we’ll cover the cost of sending it back. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
